(more info in details this time) CLICK HERE ONLY IF YOU'VE USED EPHEDRA DIET PILLS or KNOW SOMEONE WHO HAS?

can you tell me how fast you saw results? like example:week?
2 weeks?something like that please...oh...and i know some of you are going to tell me NOT to use them.but i want to let you know that i am in good control over these pills...and i am young enough to handle the energy it gives me...and also...i am only taking 1 pill in the morning..and that gives me the energy i need throughout the day when i want to go and excersize...(spose to take 2...but i have a feeling that, that is what caused alot of the people to go to the hostpital) so i am being very careful with these pills and making sure i dont go overboard...and after my diet i plan on getting off the pills and i am goin to start with changing my eating habits so that i dont gain it all back..
Answer:
I started to notice results in 2 weeks. I took 1-2 caps 3 x day. I lost 35 lbs in 4 mos. Many people cannot handle the shakes or jumpiness ephedra causes, and it certainly can cause heart palpitations. I never had an adverse reaction like that.
I've seen people go into seizures really quickly from taking pills with ephedra. Chest pain is another 'result' that happens quite often. If that's the kind of results you're looking for...go for it! Dead isn't very sexy...but at least you'll be thin.
You would be wise to trust me on this: save your money. For starters, you will see dramatic results from proper dieting and exercise regimen, which is the most significant factor in in any serious game plan. If you didn't take the pill, you would realize practically the same results doing that alone. The reason you might - and I say, might - do better is because of the energy those pills will give you (at first). One of the primary active ingredients in most is caffeine. It will provide a false energy (false, meaning not derived from a food source). No matter what anyone says, coffee, tea, and other methods of ingesting caffeine will deliver the same result. Plus many, including myself, feel a burning hunger sensation from the concentrated caffeine. The other ingredients play a very minor role and basically serve as hype to cause people to view it as some magic concoction - some magic pill - that will cause people to lose fat. The ones that do work second to caffeine simply do the same thing that the caffeine does: provide energy. Basically all diet pills are just another fly-by-night product that will come and go just like all of the other "fat burners" and false gadgets marketed throughout the decades. They are all gone...but they were supposed to be the greatest thing, proven to work!It is practically false advertising that they refer to such supplements as "fat burners," especially since it is impossible to burn a calorie without expenditure. A calorie is energy, just like gasoline. And like gasoline, you need to transfer it to energy to get rid of it. They help you burn fat only because they give you more energy, causing you to move about more, and be more motivated to become more intense during your workout. Save your money and drink coffee to get the same effect, or in my opinion, a much better one. For starters, you can limit the amount of caffeine you ingest to a much greater to degree than with a highly concentrated pill. You will also avoid other effects, including the shakes that these pills can give (like those times when you drink too much Coke or coffee). If you hate coffee, buy a cheaper form of caffeine pill.Good Luck with your goals!

"Zoft Hoodia Gum"?

Is it safe to use if under 18?
Will anything happen..
Since all it really is, is cactus gum?
Answer:
No idea.Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

"Skinny *****" / Vegan diet question...?

in a paper i'm writing about going vegan, it asks if the diet i chose could be for anyone, or if it is more suited for one particular group of people. the book is obviously trying to promote their diet, so they make it seem as thought this is a diet for everyone, but is there anyone who may not benefit from a vegan lifestyle? thanks = )
Answer:
BS Holistic nutrition. Everyone has the ability to benefit on a vegan diet. The key is knowing how to food combine to obtain complete amino acids and necessary vitamins and minerals. However, converting to a vegan diet cannot be done over night. It can take many months or even years depending on the person. A vegan diet can be much healthier than a carnivorous one. The meats that are on the market now are pumped full of antibiotics and hormones that can lead to many health issues. Meat is also full of fat, and once it is cooked the chemical makeup changes and it can actually cause cancer. Dairy products are no longer full of the enzymes that they were once good for due to pasteurization, and the calcium that is added to the products is not chelated so only a minute percentage is actually absorbed by the body. The best way to obtain calcium is through raw dark leafy greens, as is the same with iron. The iron in meat is hemi iron and it is not absorbed by the body at all. A vegan diet can be for anyone. As long as you properly combine foods, then you can still build muscle and endurance. One of the strongest men in the world was actually a vegetarian. Remember that the body only needs 4oz of protein a day... the rest is excess. Good luck on your paper!
It seems pretty healthy to me! As long as you're getting your protein, you don't really need meat, poultry, fish, or dairy.
As long as the individual is careful to get everthing they need nutritionally there is nothing wrong with a vegan diet for anyone. The main thing with vegan diets is getting enough protein. This can be found in many vegan sources such as beans, soy products, etc. You just have to do a little research as to your particular needs depending on age, sex, etc.
(i'm a vegetarian) Actually you can go to this link: http://www.petaliterature.com/veg297.pdf... and look at the research they have done involving vegan/diets. a lot of people think that they have to eat lots of beans and protein supplements to mantain a healthy body being vegetarian, but it says in that kit that we get plenty of protein from our everyday veggies. its really interesting stuff. enjoy =]

"Perfect Pushups" - Do they work?

I saw an ad for something called "Perfect Pushups." They claim that their product works many of the main upper body muscles. For anyone who has used this product, does it really work? Do your muscles get as big as they claim, or is it a scam? Because if it really works, I would be really interested in it. Thanks for any help! Here is their website: http://perfectpushup.com/
Answer:
everyones gimic claims to be the best thing in fitness. while it might help you some , I doubt it will get you anywhere near what you are looking for over regular pushups with good form. try them for a month solid , use them with other body weight exercises and see what works for you , sorry to say but there is no magic machine that will replace hard work and good nutrition!
im sure you could gain just as much muscle doing regular pushups they key isnt the machine but rather the amount of work you put into it, free weights will also bulk you up alot quicker than pushups
The product is suppose to help you with your form - so that your doing the pushup in a natural motion. Great for people with bad wrists. To bulk up you will just have to do it on a regular schedule
i've been thinking of getting one. they say that since the handles move in an arc motion when you do push ups, you can go down further and work my more muscles. i know it allows you to go down further, but i'm not sure if the claim that it works more muscles is true.
