31 lbs in 4 months???

but my question is, is that an unreachable goal?
i alraedy lost 8 lbs so far, by just eating healthier, i started three weeks ago.im gonna get a treadmil soon, because going to the gym is way out of my schedule. So it is possible or is my goal not reachable?
Answer:
I don't think it is unreachable. That means you will have to lose 7.75 pounds a month and that is not even 2 lbs a week. Just keep doing what you're doing and you will be find! It's actually better for you to lose the weight that way and set a goal so you're not expecting to lose 30 lbs and 2 months and then stress yourself out. Good luck!! You'll get there!!
thats totally possible! good luck!
yeah.. pretty much possible... :-) best of luck...
It is very possible to reach your goal. I lost 65lbs in 5 months by walking on my treadmill for 30 minutes 3 times a week, using Isagenix and only eatting fried foods on the weekend. I had a knee injury so I can't exercise much. I also starting drinking Isagenix shakes and fiber tablets. That really help to control my hunger so I lost weight without having to take diet pill. You can do it just stick with it.If you're hungry all the time try protein shakes or fiber tablets. They really will help you to loose faster. I use Isagenix because I know that they work, but you can also go to GNC to see what type of tablets they have. Keep it up and good luck.
Your goal is reachable. You are doing it the right way ... eating better and exercising (once you get that treadmill)
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
No. That averages to a little less than 2 pounds a week and that is what medical professionals generally recommend.Congratulations. Keep up the good work!
No it's not unreachable...that's a very reachable and good goal...and you are doing the healthy way. Taking time...and having a change in your habits...it may take even a little less. Alot also depends on your metabolism.for instance i know if i was to start eating better and to workout at all i would drop weight fast...because if i stop eating fast food for a week i lose like 5lbs.but then you have some people who workout so hard and eat healthy food and it takes a while to lose just the first 2lbs.but i wish you the best and hit that treadmill girl...lol
