any good ways of working your abs that dont involve situps or crunches?gracias
Answer:
no. exercises like situps and crunches are manditory for stronger abs. i would suggest leg raises and crunches every day and also your abds will not show unless you get rid of the layer of fat covering them by doing cardio such as running.
hanging leg raises
try the plank and side plank along with hanging leg raises.
