2 c-sections and no results?

I have had 2 c-sections, and every type of ab excersise I have tried I can never feel my ab muscles burn like every other part of my muscles when I work out different areas. I really want to flatten my stomach, but I never have any results. Any Ideas?

WHEN YOU HAVE A C-SECTION THE LOWER PART OF THE ABDOMINAL MUSCLES ARE CUT SO FOR SOME PEOPLE IT WILL BE VERY HARD TO GET A FLAT STOMACH. TOOK ME ABOUT 15 YEARS TO GET A COMPLETELY FLAT STOMACH WITH MODERATE EXCERCISE AFTER JUST 1. GOOD LUCK.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
