2 shed pounds is to eat right, what do i look 4 in a diet,?

Im not really fat i jest have a fridge back, how do i get rid of it?
Answer:
The best way is to eat several small meals aday so you dont starve your self or feel hungry. Also exercise. like walking of running will help. If you feel like you are starving it wont work. Water unless you sweat it out of you wont help it will bloat you and there is no sence spending alot of money on diet foods such as weight waters or lean cuzine cause in the end they have the same calories. So eat smaller portions of foods you like and excersize is the best. It may not be fast but its honest and you will have truely earned it.
Don't look for something that makes you feel deprived. Instead look for something that allows you many of the foods you like, but merely limits your portions of those items.Look for a lifestyle change--where you add 30 min of exercise to your day. Limit high calorie beverages--like soda and beer--to 250 calories a day. (usually 2 drinks).Do not buy any worthless food. Twinkies, Swiss cake rolls, high sugar/high fat items in your pantry will cause you to eat more of them. And being packaged in a 2 pk causes you to eat both when you'd normally only want one. Cutting just the high sugar, high calorie items will reduce your calorie intake a lot more than you think. Do not cut out snacking--just those foods. Get 100 calorie snack packs or fresh fruit. Granola bars. Eat more frequently more healthy food and you wont be hungry. Hunger and feeling deprived is what makes diets fail. Find a diet that gives you what you want and leaves you never hungry and it's easy.Then adding 30 min of exercise daily should complete your body transformation and still allow you to consume the foods you love--pasta, steaks, salad dressing--without giving up anything.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
