4 the last week I have been exercising, eating better, & 2day I feel as if i have gained weight?
Answer:
You may have gained muscle and lost fat. You need to excercise vigorously for 2 more weeks before you will start to see any real results.
muscle weighs more than fat, maybe your gaining muscles.
i think that u have probbably gained muscle and muscle weighs more than fat
