100 sit ups remove how many calories?


Answer:
It will depend on a number of different variables, but my best guess, according to my 20 years in the fitness field: between 10 and 25.
how fat are you? hehe. sorry. horrible joke. answer: does it matter? if so, ask your doctor, not a bunch of people who have no clue of an accurate answer to that question.:)
bottom line is you won't loose weight just doing situps, your body wears out before many calories are burned...overall weight tarining with core work and cardio is the only way to go
