"i bought these hoodia diet pills to loose weight and i am not losing i'm gaining! why?" in ByeDr.coms

Answer:
Bonita:There may be a few things to consider here...for starters, is the brand you purchased authentic (is it real hoodia)? As other have already mentioned here, some experts say that the percentage of fake hoodia supplements on the market may be as high as 80%! If you're not sure if the brand you purchased is real, compare it to the checklist of things to look for when you buy hoodia that you can find here:
http://hoodiaandweightloss.com/informati...If the hoodia brand you have is real, then the next question is how much are you taking and how long have you been taking it? Some people need as much as 3,000mg per day for it to work effectively! And it can take as long as two weeks before it starts to work. Also keep in mind that hoodia does only one thing - suppress appetite. It does not increase metabolism or burn fat. You can't just take these supplements and expect the fat to melt away. All hoodia does is suppress appetite so you don't eat as much. That being said, has your appetite been suppressed? Do you feel "fuller" than you did before and more importantly are you in fact eating less? If the answer is yes, then they are actually working because that's what they're supposed to do. If that's the case and you're gaining weight, then what you are experiencing is a natural response to a sudden change in diet. When you suddenly decrease the amount of calories you are consuming, your body will not only hold off burning fat, but it will actually store more fat than before because it goes into starvation mode. This is a natural response that occurs in the body that goes back to creation to protect us in times of famine. However, if you stick with your "new diet" for a while, your body will adjust to the new level of calories and will start burning the fat. Your body just needs a little time to adjust. Hope this helps.Travis
B/C 80% of all hoodia sold on the market is FAKE (its a fact, look it up). Also, people on these pills sometimes use it subconsciously as an excuse to eat more.
because weight loss pills are a waste of money, and they usually don't work.
You probably got the fake ones, which brand did you get? You have to know where to look to get the real stuff. You want to make sure you get "pure hoodia" not an extract. Get a pure hoodia brand that has C.I.T.E.S. certification. You also need to make sure you get 750 mg. to 1000 mg. per pill. They usually don't put enough Hoodia in these big chain store brands to do much of anything. To find the best Hoodia I always recommend Totalink's unbiased Hoodia comparison at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/hoodi...Hope this helps.
